Domestic Shipping Times & Rates
R. Hanauer will typically make and ship your order within 2 business days of receipt. Your delivery time is determined by your location and the shipping method you choose.
We offer the following domestic shipping methods & rates:
- USPS 1st Class (1-10 days): $3
- USPS Priority (1-10 days): $6
- UPS Ground (1-5 business days): $15
- UPS 2nd Day (2 business days): $25
- UPS Next Day (next business day) : $50
- USPS Priority shipping is free for orders of $150 and up!
International Shipping Times & Rates
- UPS International (6-12 days): $50
*R. Hanauer is not responsible for additional taxes, duty, brokerage or customs fees.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Within 30 days of purchase, R. Hanauer will gladly accept the return of any unused, full-price item (provided it was purchased directly from R. Hanauer).
- All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchanges: While we do not accept direct exchanges, you may place a new order whenever you are ready, and we will issue a refund once your return is received.
- There must be an original invoice or packing slip created by R. Hanauer enclosed with the returned product.
- Outgoing shipping charges will not be credited and we do not provide return shipping labels.
- Returns are usually processed within one week of receiving them.
- Refunds: Please be aware that it may take up to one full billing period for your refund to appear on your statement.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom items, or items purchased from the "On Sale" page.
